Year 3 – Master’s degree

Fivefold Ministry and Leadership Development

Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership (M.A.M.L.)

The Master of Arts in Ministry Leadership (M.A.M.L.) is a graduate-level program designed to equip emerging and experienced ministry leaders with advanced theological knowledge, practical ministry skills, and Spirit-led leadership development. This program builds upon foundational biblical studies and provides a deeper exploration of Scripture, theology, and ministry practice within contemporary church and community contexts.

The curriculum integrates academic rigor, spiritual formation, and practical application, enabling students to develop a comprehensive understanding of ministry leadership.

Emphasis is placed on biblical interpretation, pastoral care, leadership strategy, and ethical responsibility, preparing graduates to lead with integrity, wisdom, and effectiveness.

Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) in Ministry Leadership

The Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) in Ministry Leadership is an advanced, professional doctoral program designed for experienced ministry leaders seeking to deepen their theological understanding, enhance leadership effectiveness, and contribute meaningfully to the Body of Christ through scholarly research and practical ministry application.

This program integrates biblical scholarship, theological reflection, leadership theory, and ministry praxis, equipping candidates to address complex spiritual, organizational, and cultural challenges within contemporary ministry contexts. Emphasis is placed on critical analysis, doctrinal integrity, and Spirit-led leadership, ensuring that graduates demonstrate both academic rigor and spiritual maturity.
